Sod and Seed takes pride in all of our sod and grass seed products to be grown in the USA. All grass seed we use is direct from our farm supply. Farmed here in America and never mixed with any other country grass seed. Supplying the highest germination rates on our seed, including our California Native grass blends.

The returns might be 40-60% while sod watered proper can give the home its much need wow factor for people investing in families and settling down.
