Sod Shipping Policy
Sod and topsoil delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseeable factors including but not limited to natural weather conditions that may affect traffic, vehicular problems for our delivery trucks, and emergencies our personnel may encounter. Delivery dates are provided at the time orders are placed if order are placed within normal business hours (Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and 8:00 am - 11:00 am on Saturday). A 2-hour window for the ETA of sod deliveries is shared with customers via text message the afternoon before the sod delivery. Text messages are used to ensure proper spelling and numeric quantities. The 2-hour window for the ETA is not guaranteed due to the unforeseeable factors and are based on a 4-hour window of time. Times of deliveries cannot be guaranteed or requested.Â
Additionally, we recommend someone be home for sod and topsoil deliveries as we have a curb-side delivery policy. Due to state guidelines, our delivery staff and vehicles can only cross property lines if a liability waiver is signed by someone at the address where the sod or topsoil are being delivered. Otherwise, sod or topsoil will be left on the curb side. Additionally, our delivery staff are not responsible for calling ahead (unless requested), ringing door bells, or alert anyone at the address for the shipment that the delivery has arrived. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure someone is home and monitoring when our delivery trucks arrive and greet our delivery staff outside if they wish to do so.Â
Shipping Policy for Lawn Products
All shipments are delivered via UPS. Estimated times for deliveries are within 1-2 weeks. Please note we are not responsible for delays in postal services due to COVID-19 or other unforeseeabe factors that may affect your shipment.Â
