Refund Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
Perishable goods such as sod and plants cannot be returned or refunded.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. This way, we can evaluate the issue and address it the day it is delivered. Each order is checked multiple times to ensure proper amounts and quality, and we document each delivery. If there is an issue with your delivery, immediately take pictures of the product and contact us directly. When placing sod orders, we recommend you add additional square footage and amounts to your orders to account for errors while installing and material waste on each order as any other type of construction. Similarly, when ordering seed and other lawn products, we recommend ordering a little more than is recommended. Exact measurements and amounts when placing an order may result in needing to order additional material.
You are responsible for ensuring correct information is collected from you at the time you place your order. We are not responsible for incorrect quantities when placing an order, incorrect addresses, spelling, numeric quanitites or other information collected from you that may impact your products and services.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as sod or plants) or custom products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. However, don't hesitate to contact us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
A 3% PROCESSING FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ELIGIBLE REFUNDS.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on products or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you if we have sold out of your product and offer a full refund with a discount on your next order.
