We will be providing this as an option on our  fertilizing pages and later adding it as an option on our products. Please not this does not include any preparation or grading, we will include pictures of what expected are should be like and are not liable for soil conditioning merely installation only. We will be adding some time-lapse to show you that our company means business, we are in and out fast and reliable.

Things to please consider when purchasing this package. Include our Sod and Seed starter fertilizer, this will help speed up the rooting and is the perfect mixture for our products and is formulated for our specific types of sod bases. This will save you money on your watering bill and help with new growth. If you have stairs or narrow access, please email us pictures and special access needs before choosing this package. In some cases we have been required to go through garages and even homes, we are not a cleaning company. Our employees are covered in mud everything we have is covered in mud we will do our best to clean the majority of the mess, but please inspect the area near completion we do provide a sweep up and take the pallets from your home, but we are also on a strict schedule of multiple homes a day.
