Its Tall Fescue characteristics help it maintain its deep rooting system, drought tolerance, improved wear and tear recovery, and disease resistance.

We always recommend using the seeding volume recommendations when using grass seed. You can spread the seed with multiple applications saving a couple of pounds for overseeding. Always use a spreader to ensure proper coverage.

Remember to be patient as different types of seeds germinate at different rates, sometimes with weeks in the difference germination.
