Sod and Seed, Inc. is excited to share its newest team member and companion, Luigi! Luigi is a Doberman Pinscher and is a sweet, playful dog. We thank Blythe, founder of the Animal Refugee Response team for helping Luigi find his "forever home" with Sod and Seed, Inc. The Sod and Seed, Inc. team looks forward to creating long-lasting memories with Luigi and give him all the love, care and space he needs to run around and grow into a healthy and happy dog. With Luigi's help, Sod and Seed, Inc. will be able to make improved recommendations for the best pet-friendly sod and the best pet-friendly ground covers.

Pet-Friendly Sod 

In addition to providing the Sod and Seed, Inc. team with joy and lots of wet kisses, Luigi will help us to continue doing the work necessary to provide you with the best pet-friendly sod options. At Sod and Seed, Inc., our in-house testing and research and development helps us provide customers with the best sod and groundcover recommendations that will best suit their conditions. As a part of our in-house work at Sod and Seed, Inc., we test our sod and ground covers for stressors such as heat tolerance, drought tolerance, shade tolerance, tolerance to wear and tear, resistance to foot traffic, and last but not least, pet-friendliness! Luigi will help Sod and Seed, Inc. in our in-house testing and help ensure we make the best pet-friendly sod recommendations for pet-owners and areas that will be exposed to pets.
