Fine Fescue Sod for Northern California

A thin-bladed fescue blend primarily used for areas with heavier shade. Our Fine Fescue sod can be grown out to 12-18 inches long or cut regularly at a lower mowing height. When grown out, Fine Fescue sod has a meadow-like look and when maintained at a lower mowing height, looks like the common lawn type or grass lawn.
