Our Santa Ana Bermuda grows well in a variety of soils, including soils heavier in clay and sand. With enhanced cultivation, our Santa Ana Bermuda is designed to provide you with a shortened dormancy period, increasing the amount of time you can enjoy your beautiful and sturdy green yard.

The Santa Ana Bermuda has many great attributes such as drought tolerance, heat tolerance, high foot traffic tolerant, and a great recovery rate from wear and tear. It prefers full sun and requires moderate maintenance. Its tolerance to high foot traffic and great wear and tear recovery can be attributed to its density and vigorous growth pattern. This makes our Santa Ana Bermuda ideal for sports fields and areas with high foot traffic, such as families with children and pets.

Santa Ana Bermuda Grass Mowing Recommendations

It tolerates varying mowing heights, with a range of tolerable mowing heights from 1/4" to 1 1/4". You may over seed Santa Bermuda for improved wintering.
